Founding Partner & Head of South Europe desk and Latin America
Mikaël is a Founding Partner of the Luxembourg Office. He is responsible for communication with the Client Portfolio for Latin America and South of Europe and has Director mandates on a number of Luxembourg funds and companies.
Mikaël has over 15 years’ experience in M&A, structuring finance and Funds and Securitization services. His expertise includes as well regulated and non-regulated funds industry in Luxembourg for institutional investors and high net worth individuals. He is a member of the ILA, the Luxembourg Institute of Directors and member of the APDL (association for the protection of data (GPDR)) with extensive experience in trans-border operations for on-shore Funds, and holding companies. Advisor for the setting up of regulated and unregulated onshore funds (Luxembourg, UK, Switzerland, Netherlands).
He graduated in finance and economics from the University of Liege (HEC) in Belgium and holds local Luxembourg degrees.
Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.
